Refleksi Pola Kerukunan Umat Beragama

In a plural community, harmony among religious followers is undeniable although in fact there have been many social conflicts with religiousnuance in some part of Indonesia. Focus of this research is how the pattern ofharmony in Indonesia connected with social dimension does. Finding of thisresearch shows that religious tolerance will grow up when there is a spacefor dialogue. In social and cultural space discussion among believers will benaturally developed without any coercion. By a local tradition dialog, an egocan decrease indirectly. Even a cloth of religion recognized as identity canbe leaved.

Agama, Konflik, dan Integrasi Sosial (Integrasi Sosial Pasca Konflik, Situbondo)

The research discusses the integration efforts after the riot in Situbondo, East Java. Situbondo community has initiated several conflic resolutions and integrations supported by Muslims andChristian leaders. The data on the role of religious community, in this case Islam and Christian as well as the community in Situbondo in general, is gathered through observation, interview, and a survey. Secondary data is gathered through review of literure relevant to the research problems. Conflict, social integration, and reconciliation theories are used to explain and analyzeresearch problems based on the data gathered. The finding shows that integration in Situbondo community and reconsiliation effort carried out by religious communities (Islam, Christianand the whole community of Situbondo) was drawn from local wisdom in Situbondo. The local wisdom serves as social capital in manifesting integration in the community and harmonious relation among religious communities.

Konsepsi Iman Menurut Al-Baiḍāwi dalam Tafsir Anwār At-Tanz ̅ Il Wa Asra ̅ R At-Ta'wi ̅ L

This library research aims to describe al-Baiḍ āwi's conception of the term i̅ ma̅ n ‘belief' in his exegesis Anwār at-Tanz̅ il wa Asra̅ r at-Ta'wi̅ l. This article belongs to the philosophical research and factual history model because the object of the research is the philosophical conception of the exegesis. The findings of the research show that i̅ ma̅ n in al-Baiḍ āwi's opinion is part of heart activities concepted as recognition and credence to the doctrine of prophet MuhammadSawespecially about ma̅ n ‘belief in' the occult thing dimly. Although this conception of belief (i̅ ma̅ n) is definitely similar to the language context of the term but it is not totally the same because al-Baiḍ āwi attempted to connect the term beyond in. Therefore, it is the real evidence of al-al-Baiḍ āwi's inconsistent conception of i̅ ma̅ n because it contradicts with his own prerequisites.
