The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leadership style on job stress and employee performance in PG Semboro. This research used leadership style variables consisting of authoritarian leadership style, democratic leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, work stress, and employee performance. This research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample in this research amounted to 100 respondents with data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics, path analysis, and precision model. The results of this research indicate that authoritarian leadership style have positive and significant impact on work stress, democratic leadership style have negative and significant impact to work stress, laissez faire leadership style have negative and significant impact to work stress. Also an authoritarian leadership style have negative and insignificant impact on employee performance, democratic leadership style have positive and significant impact on employee performance, laissez faire leadership style have positive and significant impact to employee performance, and work stress has negative and significant impact to employee performance.
