1. Telecommunication
Telecommunication includes every transmitting, delivering, and or receiving from every information of marking, signal, article, picture, sound and voice through strand of wire system, optic or other electromagnetic system.
2. Telecommunication Network
Telecommunication network is peripheral network of telecommunication and its equipment used in the means of telecommunication.
3. Fixed Line Telephone
Fixed line telephone based on SUSENAS called home phone is a telecommunications network using fixed line telephone device which is generally regulated by technical standards, using a phone number, also known as the newtemplate Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). Generally used for home phone and Internet networks, has the ability to deliver a strong and clear signal with a relatively low cost.
4. Cellular Mobile Phone
Cellular Mobile phone is an electronic telecommunications device which has the same basic capabilities with fixed cables, but can be taken anywhere (portable, mobile) and does not need to be connected to the wired telecommunications networks. In addition to functioning as a telephone, modern mobile phone typically supports additional services such as Short Messages Services (SMS), Multimedia Messages Service (MMS), e-mail and access to the Internet, business applications and games, as well as photography. Currently, Indonesia has two cellular mobile telephone network system that are GSM (Global System for Mobile Telecommunications) and CDMA.
5. Internet
The Internet is a worldwide newtemplate computer network. It provides access to a number of communication services including the World Wide Web and carries e-mail, news, entertainment and data files.
Coverage
Coverage of communication includes data communication and communication activities. Data communication obtained from the processing of the National Socio-Economic Survey (NSES) by Sub-Directorate of Statistics Communication and Information Technology, BPS-Statistics Indonesia.

Data Collection
