The background of this research was because in learning of Social Science in inovation from the teacher in learning was less and the teacher didn't understand condition of class for getting success in learning. Social Science learning performing sometime reducing wherewith to student because of student and also teacher up to learning process. So that the students can't understand the subjects that given by the teacher and the result study can't reach the maximum completeness that determined by the school. Lack of use of media in teaching and learning activities to be obstacles in the learning process.Therefore the best solution is to use Flash Player media to increase result study of student. The purpose in this research was to analyze the activities of the teacher and the students, to analyze the result study of student with using Flash Player media in social studies subject. Using Flash Player media in learning process will be expected to give spirit and new knowledge for the students. The type of research that used in this research was using Classroom Action Research (CAR) and which is done in three cycles. Classroom Action Research is aimed at describing the implementation of learning, student learning outcomes, and the constraints faced during the research process and in the implementation of learning how to cope with media use Flash Player. From the result of using Flash Player media, there are increasing teacher activity reached 86,25%, students activity reached 88,75%, and the result study reached 89,74%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the using Flash Player media to improve student learning outcomes in subject fifth grade social studies at Elementary School.
